Asst. Prof. Wanwanut Boongsood obtained a BEng (Industrial Engineering) from Khon Kaen University, Thailand in 1999. After graduation, she worked as a product design engineer for 6 years. During the time, she pursued her MEng (Industrial Engineering) in Thammasat University and completed in 2006. She received a scholarship from Thai government in the area of science and technology to pursue her PhD in Engineering at the University of Liverpool in the UK that she duly completed in 2012.
Asst. Prof. Boongsood joined Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) as a lecturer in 2006. She is currently the chair of the School of Manufacturing Engineering.
