ประเภทและองค์ประกอบของสารยึดติด การเตรียมพื้นผิว ทฤษฎีการยึดติด  การทดสอบสารยึดติดและการยึดติด การใช้ประโยชน์สารยึดติดในอุตสาหกรรม ชนิดและลักษณะของเทปสารยึดติด การทดสอบเทปสารยึดติด กระบวนการผลิตเทปสารยึดติด

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

1. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบของสารยึดติด
2. สามารถเลือกวิธีการเตรียมพื้นผิววัสดุที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้การยึดติดได้ดี
3. สามารถเลือกวิธีทดสอบความแข็งแรงการยึดติดและเทคนิคการทดสอบพื้นผิวที่เหมาะสม
4. สามารถวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหาของสารยึดติดได้

Technology of Adhesives

Prerequisite:  Consent of the school

Adhesive types and composition, surface pretreatment, Theories of adhesion, Testing of adhesives  and adhesion, industrial application of adhesives, types and composition of adhesive tapes, manufacturing and testing of adhesive tapes.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Able to explain knowledge related adhesive composition
2. Able to choose suitable method of surface treatment to achieve good adhesion
3. Able to choose suitable testing methods for adhesion strength and proper surface treatment
4. Able to analyze and solve adhesives problems.
