Structural Geology

Prerequisite: ENG34 2101 General Geology

Pattern of stress and strain in geologic materials; classification of geologic structures in the earth’s crust; structure analysis from outcrop pattern and by using projection techniques.

Learning outcomes

1. Explain the principles and basic knowledge of structural geology clearly.
2. Use appropriate tools to analyze structural geology data, verify and validate experimental results.
