หลักการบริหารคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องในระดับสูงที่มีการนำเอาข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานของ ระบบบริหารด้านคุณภาพ ISO 9001, มาตรฐานระบบบริหารด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001, มาตรฐานระบบบริหารด้านความปลอดภัย และอาชีวะอนามัย ISO 45001 ที่มีการใช้อย่างแพร่หลายอยู่ทั่วโลกในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และอุตสาหกรรมทุกชนิด และ ทุกประเภทนั้นเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญมากสำหรับการดำเนิฯธุรกิจ และ อุตสาหกกรมการผลิตในโลกปัจจุบันและอนาคต ในอุตสาหกรรมหนึ่งที่สำคัญและมีฐานการผลิตอยู่ในประเทศไทยคืออุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ซึ่งทำการผลิตและส่งขายไปยังประเทศต่างๆทั่วโลก จึงได้ประยุกต์เอาข้อกำหนดของ ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001 มารวมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า และกำหนดเป็นมาตรฐานในการบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์เพื่อบังคับใช้กับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่มีการผลิตจากทุกๆประเทศทั่วโลกให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันคือมาตรฐาน IATF 16949 ดังนั้นในฐานะที่ประเทศไทยมีนโยบายการส่งเสริมให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิตรถยนต์เพื่อผลิตรถยนต์ส่งไปขายยังประเทศต่างๆทั่วโลก ดังนั้นนักศึกษาในทุกๆสาขาวิชาที่จะเข้าสู่การทำงานในภาคธุรกิจต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์จึงต้องมีความรู้และเข้าใจในมาตรฐานนี้

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังระดับรายวิชา:

  1. เข้าใจหลักการบริหารคุณภาพ (IATF 16949) ของอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ที่ใช้กับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ทั่วโลก
  2. เข้าใจถึงระบบมาตรฐานที่ผู้ผลิรถยนต์ บังคับใช้กับผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยายนยต์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์สามารถผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
  3. ศึกษาและเข้าใจถึงระบบการทำงาน วางแผน และเตรียมการเพื่อขอเป็นผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่ได้รับการอนุมัติซึ่งต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานที่ประกอบกับข้อกำหนด IATF 16949 เช่น APQP and Control plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC และ PPAP
  4. เข้าใจหลักการในการขออนุมัติเป็นผู้ออกแบบ และเป็นผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ตามมาตรฐาน IATF 16949
  5. เข้าใจและสามารถประยุกต์ใช้หลักการเทคนิคและเครื่องมือสำหรับการจัดการตามมาตรฐานเพื่อช่วยในการเพิ่มผลิตภาพ ประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต และคุณภาพที่เป็นมาตรฐานสากลสำหรับชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ และประยุกต์ใช้กับการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Quality management principles that are relevant at a high level incorporate the requirements of the standards. Quality management system ISO 9001, environmental management system standard ISO 14001, safety management system standard and occupational health ISO 45001 that is widely used around the world in business operations and industries of all types and types is a very important
basis for business operations and industrial production in the present and future world. One important industry that has a production base in Thailand is the automotive industry, which produces and sells to countries around the world. Therefore, the requirements of ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001 have been applied together with the needs of customers. And set a standard for managing the automotive parts production process to enforce the same standard for automotive parts manufacturers from every country around the world, namely the IATF 16949 standard. Therefore, as Thailand has a policy to promote Thailand as a center for automobile production in order to produce automobiles for sale to countries around the world. Therefore, students in every field of study who will enter to work in various business sectors related to the production of automotive parts must have knowledge and understanding of this standard.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs):

  1. Understand the principles of quality management (IATF 16949) of the automotive manufacturing industry. automotive parts that apply to automotive parts manufacturers around the world.
  2. Understand the standard system used by car manufacturers. Enforced for automotive parts manufacturers to ensure that automotive parts manufacturers can consistently produce automotive parts according to specified standards.
  3. Study and understand the working system, plan and prepare to become an approved automotive parts manufacturer that must comply with standards that include IATF 16949 requirements such as APQP and Control plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP.
  4. Understand the principles for requesting approval to be a designer. and is a manufacturer of automotive parts according to IATF 16949 standards.
  5. Understand and be able to apply principles, techniques and tools for standards management to help increase productivity, production efficiency and quality that is international standards for automotive parts and can be applied to production in other industries effectively.
