มาตรฐานระบบบริหารด้านคุณภาพ ISO 9001, มาตรฐานระบบบริหารด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001, มาตรฐานระบบบริหารด้านความปลอดภัย และอาชีวะอนามัย ISO 45001 ที่มีการใช้อย่างแพร่หลายอยู่ทั่วโลกในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และ อุตสาหกรรมทุกชนิด และ ทุกประเภทนั้นเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญสำหรับนักศึกษาที่จะต้องเข้าสู่กระบวนการในการทำงานในทุกๆธุรกิจ ทุกๆอุตสาหกรรม และ ทุกๆส่วนงานในการดำเนินการประกอบธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม ทั้งการเป็นพนักงานในทุกๆตำแหน่ง ทุกๆระดับขององค์กร รวมทั้งการเป็นเจ้าของกิจการในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และอุตสาหกรรมทุกชนิด และทุกประเภท ดังนั้นการมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน วัตถุประสงค์ของมาตรฐาน การนำข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานไปประยุกต์ใช้ และการปรับปรุงการทำงานให้ประสพความสำเร็จตามความมุ่งหมายของมาตรฐานนั้นมีความจำเป็น และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรอย่างมาก อีกทั้งสอดคล้องกับทิศทางของโลกธุรกิจสมัยใหม่ที่มุ่งเน้นเรื่องความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจ มีความปลอดภัยต่อพนักงาน และไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม จึงจำเป็นที่บุคลากรยุคใหม่ต้องรู้และสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ

1. เข้าใจระบบบริหารและมาตรฐานในข้อกำหนดของ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ที่มีการใช้อย่างแพร่หลายอยู่ทั่วโลกในอุตสาหกรรมทุกชนิด และ ทุกประเภท
2. เข้าใจถึงความสำคัญของการทำงานแบบ มุ่งเน้นกระบวนการ (Process approach)
3. เข้าใจถึงการจัดการกระบวนการเพื่อให้ประสพความสำเร็จบนพื้นฐานความเสี่ยง (Risk base thinking and management)
4. ประยุกต์ใช้วงจร Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) ในการวางแผนเพื่อนำระบบ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและการเฝ้าติดตามผลให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กรและลูกค้า
5. เข้าใจในกระบวนการของการบริหาร และการควบคุมสำหรับผู้ให้บริการเพื่อให้การรับรองระบบการบริหาร (Accreditation body and Certification body)
6. เข้าใจในกระบวนการของการให้การรับรองระบบการบริหารจัดการมาตรฐานในข้อกำหนดของ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
