2. เข้าใจพื้นฐานกระบวนการผลิต การสร้างแผนภูมิควบคุมการผลิตและการควบคุมการผลิต และความคลาดเคลื่อน
3. เข้าใจการสร้างแผนการชักตัวอย่างตรวจสอบ
4. สามารถดำเนินการทดลอง แปลผลบันทึกผลการทดลอง สร้างแผนภูมิควบคุม และวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ได้

 

Quality Control

Prerequisite : ENG33 2201 Statistics and Probability

Basic statistics for quality control, Production process and control charts, Variable Control Charts, Attribute control charts, Production process capability, Discrepancy inspection, Sampling, Reliability, and Quality control management.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. Understand basic statistical principles for quality control.
2. Understand the basics of the production process, creating production control charts, and controlling production and deviations.
3. Understand how to create a sampling inspection plan.
4. Be able to conduct experiments, interpret and record experimental results, create control charts, and analyze the outcomes.
