Crucial characteristic of manufacturing systems for quantitative analysis production management such as forecasting technique; inventory management; production planning and control and production scheduling.

1. Select and apply forecasting techniques accurately to determine demand and perform calculations.
2. Plan production and schedule production activities, considering costs and profits
