ระบบการผลิตและขั้นตอนการวางแผนการผลิต เทคนิคการพยากรณ์การผลิต การควบคุมวัสดุคงคลัง การวางแผนและการจัดตารางการผลิตรวม การวิเคราะห์การลงทุนในระบบการผลิต การวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ วิเคราะห์พื้นฐานการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ได้โดยใช้ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกลศาสตร์ของวัสดุ ออกแบบการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างง่าย

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

1. สามารถพยากรณ์ความต้องการสินค้าได้โดยใช้สูตรทางคณิตศาสตร์
2. สามารถคำนวณต้นทุนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
3. สามารถวิเคราะห์พื้นฐานการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ได้โดยใช้ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกลศาสตร์ของวัสดุ
4. สามารถออกแบบการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างง่าย

Production Planning and Control  

Prerequisite: ENG33 0201 Industrial Management

Production systems and production planning covering forecasting techniques for production, inventory control, aggregate planning and scheduling, financial analysis for production system, material requirement planning, analyse product design by using the basic mechanic of materials.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Able to forecast the product demand
2. Able to calculate the cost of inventory management by using mathematical models.
3. Able to analyse product design by using the basic mechanic of materials.
4. Able to design basic production plans.
