Production and Operations Analysis

Prerequisite:     ENG22 2003 Logistics and Supply Chain Management

ENG22 2010 Operation Research

Production planning and operation. Decision making. Capacity planning. Production process planning. Aggregate planning. Operations scheduling, job shop scheduling problems. Project scheduling, critical path problems. Including Lean, Six-Sigma, modern technique in management.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. Understand analytical methods used to support the functions of production and operations management.
2. Understand in problems occur in supply chain.
3. Apply the analytical methods on production and service processes, as well as process issues across the supply chain.
