ปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวข้องกับ การใช้เครื่องขึ้นรูปแบบฉีดและการตั้งค่าตัวแปรต่างๆ ในเครื่องขึ้นรูป
แบบฉีด การศึกษาชนิดและสาเหตุของข้อบกพร่องของชิ้นงานที่ได้จากกระบวนการขึ้นรูปแบบฉีด ปฏิบัติการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของชิ้นงานที่ได้จากกระบวนการขึ้นรูปแบบฉีดโดยใช้พื้นฐานการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์และการปรับตัวแปรในการขึ้นรูปแบบฉีด การใช้โปรแกรมแบบจำลองสำหรับการปรับกระบวนการฉีดขึ้นรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องที่พบในชิ้นงานฉีด การวัดความหนืดของยาง การผสมและการขึ้นรูปยาง

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

  1. สามารถใช้เครื่องขึ้นรูปแบบฉีด
  2. สามารถวิเคราะห์ผลของตัวแปรในการฉีดต่อสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์
  3. สามารถระบุปัญหา สาเหตุ และวิธีการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องทั่วไปที่พบในชิ้นงานฉีดโดยใช้โปรแกรมแบบจำลองได้
  4. สามารถวัดความหนืดของยาง คอมพาวนด์ยาง และขึ้นรูปยางเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ได้
  5. สามารถอภิปราย สรุปและรายงานผลการทดลองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล

Polymer Processing Laboratory II 

Corequisite : ENG28 3115 Injection Molding of Polymer

How to use injection molding machine and set up process variables, practice in identification on type of injection molded defects and causes, defect corrections based on mold design and process variables, simulation program for remedy defects of the injected molded product. Viscosity measurement of rubber, rubber compounding and processing.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Able to use injection molding machine.
  2. Able to discuss the effect of injection molding parameters on  properties of products
  3. Able to identify problems of the injection molded product, causes, and remidies using the simulation program
  4. Able to measure the viscosity of rubber, and compound and process rubber into the product.
  5. Able to discuss and conclude experimental data and write report
  6. Able to work as a team and communicate effectively.
