คอมพาวนด์โดยใช้เครื่องผสมภายใน การเตรียมพอลิเมอร์คอมพาวนด์โดยใช้เครื่องอัดรีดแบบสกรูคู่ กระบวนการขึ้นรูปแบบเป่าอัดรีด กระบวนการขึ้นรูปแบบเทอร์โมฟอร์ม กระบวนการขึ้นรูปฟิล์มแบบเป่า

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

1. สามารถใช้เครื่องทดสอบสมบัติวิทยกระแส เครื่องผสมและเครื่องขึ้นรูปพอลิเมอร์
2. สามารถอภิปรายผลของสภาวะในการทดสอบต่อสมบัติทางวิทยกระแสพอลิเมอร์ ผลของตัวแปรในการผสมต่อคุณภาพของพอลิเมอร์คอมพาวนด์และตัวแปรในการขึ้นรูปต่อสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์
3. สามารถอภิปราย สรุป และรายงานผลการทดลองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
4. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล

Polymer Processing Laboratory I

Prerequisite: ENG28 3111 Polymer Extrusion

Rheological study using capillary rheometer, screw characteristics, extrusion experiment using single screw extruder, polymer compounding using internal mixer and twin screw extruder, extrusion blow molding, thermoforming, blown film extrusion

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Able to use rheometer, mixer and polymer processing machine
2. Able to discuss the effect of testing conditions on rheological properties of polymers, the effect of mixing parameters on quality of polymer compounds and the effect of processing parameters on properties of products
3. Able to discuss and conclude experimental data and write report
4. Able to work as a team and communicate effectively.
