- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาวิธีการทำงาน เพื่อค้นหาขั้นตอนงานที่ทำให้เกิดเวลาสูญเปล่าในสายการผลิต โดยใช้เทคนิคการศึกษาการเคลื่อนไหว และเวลาในกระบวนการผลิตได้ (ดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะ = 2.1)
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาการดำเนินการกระบวนการผลิต ตามหลักของการจัดการการดำเนินการผลิตที่สัมพันธ์กับวัสดุ และการควบคุมการเคลื่อนที่ของวัสดุสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตได้ (ดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะ = 2.2)

Operation Management
Prerequisite : None
Introduction to the concepts, principles of operations management: competitiveness, strategy and productivity; project management, master production scheduling; capacity planning; material requirements planning; controlling the movement of material associated with production are studied; line balancing; lean concepts and value stream mapping., and just-in time (JIT) manufacturing.
Learning Outcomes
- Analyze the manufacturing operations which relate to the master production planning and capacity planning, line balancing, lean, value stream mapping for production line. (PI = 2.1)
- Design and development the manufacturing operations based on the operation management which relate to the material requirement planning and controlling the movement of material associated with production lines. (PI = 2.2)
- Consider economy, society, environment, and sustainable development in selecting manufacturing operation. (PI = 2.3)
- Ability to plan the project management, set priority and order of tasks, set due date of tasks, and work delivery on schedules. (PI = 5.2)
