ความรู้พื้นฐานในการตรวจสอบโดยวิธีคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูง ข้อกำหนดตามมาตรฐานในการรับรองบุคลากรด้านการทดสอบโดยไม่ทำลาย  กระบวนการเชื่อม ความไม่ต่อเนื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวการเชื่อม มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการตรวจสอบโดยวิธีคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูง  เกณฑ์การตัดสินในการตรวจสอบโดยวิธีคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูง และการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติในการตรวจสอบแบบไม่ทำลายโดยวิธีคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูง เช่น การสอบเทียบเครื่องมือเบื้องต้น การตรวจสอบชิ้นงานและประเมินผลตามเกณฑ์การตัดสิน

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

1. สามารถวิเคราะห์ผลและประเมินสภาพรอยความไม่ต่อเนื่องที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการใช้งานของชิ้นงาน
2. เข้าใจเกณฑ์การรับรองบุคลากรด้านการทดสอบโดยไม่ทำลายและเกณฑ์การยอมรับตามมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. สามารถประเมินผลการตรวจสอบในแต่ละเกณฑ์การตัดสิน และสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดตามมาตรฐาน
4. สามารถสอบเทียบเครื่องมือเบื้องต้นและตรวจสอบชิ้นงานได้

Non-Destructive Inspection by Ultrasonic Testing

Prerequisite:  none

Fundamental knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing by Ultrasonic Testing, personnel qualification and certification in nondestructive testing, recommended practice for personnel qualification and certification in nondestructive testing, welding process and weld related weld discontinuities, UT code/standard UT acceptance standard, Practical training in the Non-Destructive Testing by Ultrasonic Testing.

Learning outcomes

1. Be able to analyze results and assess the discontinuity condition that may affect the workpiece’s usability.
2. Understand the personnel qualification and certification in non-destructive testing and the acceptance criteria according to the relevant standards.
3. Be able to evaluate the results of the examination for each criterion. And Be able to put into operation in accordance with the standard requirements
4. Be able to perform basic instrument calibrations and inspect workpieces.
