ปฏิบัติการประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมจำลองด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการออกแบบงานหล่อโลหะ การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อจำลองและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการขึ้นรูปด้วยแรงทางกล ปฏิบัติการขึ้นรูปโลหะผงและแอดดิทีฟ การประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยการออกแบบและการผลิต ปฏิบัติการผลิตชิ้นส่วนโดยเครื่องจักรควบคุมเชิงตัวเลขด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ (ซีเอ็นซี)

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังระดับรายวิชา

1. รู้ขั้นตอนการประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานกระบวนการทางโลหหาร ได้แก่ โปรแกรมจำลองด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมช่วยการออกแบบและการผลิต
2. แปลผลการจำลองที่ได้จากโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการออกแบบหรือทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการทางโลหการ เช่น กระบวนการหล่อโลหะ และกระบวนการขึ้นรูปโลหะด้วยแรงทางกล
3. ผลิตชิ้นส่วนด้วยวิธีการขึ้นรูปผงโลหะ วิธีการแอดดิทีฟ และการใช้เครื่องจักรซีเอ็นซี

 

Metal Processing Laboratory II

Prerequisite : ENG31 3102 Metal Processing Laboratory I

Application of computer simulation software for designing metal casting, simulating and analyzing metal forming processes, Powder and additive processing; utilization of CAD/CAM software, operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines for producing parts

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. Know procedures to apply computer simulation software for manufacturing processes of metals, i.e. computer simulation software and CAD/CAM software
2. Interprete results from computer simulation software for designing or understanding manufacturing processes of metals such as metal casting and metal forming
3. Produce parts by metal powder, additive methods and utilize CNC machines
