บทนำการทดสอบเชิงกลของโลหะและการวัดทางวิศวกรรมเบื้องต้น ปฏิบัติการทดสอบเชิงกล ประกอบด้วย การทดสอบความแข็ง แรงดึง แรงบิด ความคืบ แรงกระแทก แรงดัด ความล้าและการศึกษาวิเคราะห์พื้นผิวการแตกหัก

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังระดับรายวิชา

1. อธิบายหลักการและดำเนินการทดสอบเชิงกลตามมาตรฐานการทดสอบ รวมถึงการศึกษาวิเคราะห์พื้นผิวการแตกหัก
2. แสดงผลการทดสอบได้อย่างถูกต้อง พร้อมนำเสนอผลการทดสอบเชิงกลในรูปแบบของกราฟหรือตาราง
3. แปลผลหรือตรวจสอบยืนยันผลข้อมูลเพื่อนำไปสู่การสรุปผลการทดสอบที่ได้บนพื้นฐานการใช้งานเชิงกลและมุมมองทางด้านโลหวิทยา

 

Mechanical Metallurgy Laboratory

Prerequisite : ENG31 2109 Mechanical Metallurgy or study concurrently

Introduction to mechanical testing for metals and basic engineering measurement; Mechanical testing laboratories: hardness, tensile, torsion, creep, impact, bend, fatigue and fractography

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. Explain principles and perform mechanical testing following the standard test methods, along with fractographic observation
2. Give correct mechanical test results and demonstrate in terms of graphical data or list of tables
3. Interpret or verify mechanical test data leading to conclusions based on mechanical applications and metallurgical aspects
