ฝึกปฏิบัติการกลึง การเชื่อม การหล่อ การปรับปรุงคุณสมบัติด้วยความร้อน โดยฝึกสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์พื้นฐาน และฝึกหัดการใช้เครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ เช่น เครื่อง CNC EDM Wire-cut

- ออกแบบกรรมวิธีการผลิตให้งานโลหะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ได้แก่ การกลึง การเชื่อม การหล่อ การอบชุบ และเครื่องจักร EDM
- ออกแบบวิธีการทำงานโลหะให้เกิดความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน

Manufacturing Processes Laboratory
Prerequisite : ENG33 2202 Manufacturing Processes
Practices of machining, welding, foundry, and heat treatment; making basic products; practices of automated machining such as CNC machines, EDM, and wire cut.
Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)
- Design manufacturing processes for metalworking to meet specifications, including turning, welding, casting, heat treatment, and EDM machinery.
- Design metalworking procedures to ensure the safety of operators.
- Design workspaces to ensure the safety of operators in metalworking.
- Record results or data from various metalworking experiments.
- Analyze data from metalworking experiments to identify reasons for specification deviations.
- Summarize the causes leading to deviations from specifications in the results of metalworking processes.
