เป็นโครงงานที่นักศึกษาต้องนำความรู้ของวิชาบังคับก่อนหรือวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อออกแบบทางกลสำหรับอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรที่ถูกใช้ในระบบกระบวนการผลิต; ศึกษาข้อกำหนดและความต้องการอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรในอุตสาหกรรมบนข้อมูลและทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่, วิเคราะห์ออกแบบโครงสร้างอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรตามลักษณะการใช้งาน สร้างต้นแบบอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรที่เหมาะสมตามที่ออกแบบ นักศึกษาต้องมีการนำเสนอความคืบหน้า ผลการศึกษาหรือผลการดำเนินการให้คณาจารย์และ/หรือคณะกรรมการได้รับทราบ ดำเนินงานอย่างมืออาชีพ แสดงความรู้และทักษะของตนทั้งการประยุกต์ทักษะที่มีอยู่แล้วกับสถานการณ์ใหม่ และทักษะใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการค้นคว้าอย่างเต็มที่จนทำให้โครงงานสำเร็จลุล่วง

1. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ความต้องการ ข้อจำกัด และกระบวนการผลิตในปัจจุบันเพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบเครื่องมือหรือเครื่องจักร (ดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะ = 2.1)
2. ออกแบบทางกลสำหรับเครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรตามความความต้องการของผู้ใช้ และข้อจำกัด (ดัชนีชี้วัดสมรรถนะ = 2.2)

Machine and Tool Design Project

Prerequisite : ENG35 2122 Materials and Manufacturing Processes, ENG35 2131 Machine Structure Design, ENG35 2132 Mechanism and Drive and ENG35 2133 Jigs and Fixtures or study concurrently.

This course entails a project where students are required to apply their knowledge acquired from prerequisite or related courses to design equipment, tools and machines used in the production process system; study the requirements and needs of equipment, tools and machines in the industry based on available data and resources; analyze and design the structure of equipment, tools and machines according to the usage characteristics; create a prototype of equipment, tools and machinery that is appropriate for the design. Students must present progress, study results, or outcomes to faculty members and/or committees. The student should execute the project professionally and ethically, demonstrating both abilities to apply existing skills to new situations and develop new skills through research, ensuring the successful completion of the project.
