ศึกษาระบบการควบคุมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเบื้องต้น ระบบปั๊ม ระบบอัดอากาศ หลักการทำงานของอุปกรณ์การวัด พร็อกซิมิตี้สวิตช์ อุปกรณ์ควบคุมตัวตั้งเวลา ตัวนับ ลิมิตสวิตช์ ฯลฯ การควบคุมระบบนิวเมติกส์ การควบคุมระบบไฮดรอลิก

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังระดับรายวิชา

1. อธิบายหลักการทำงานของวาล์วและอุปกรณ์วัดในระบบนิวเมติกส์ และไฮดรอลิกได้ถูกต้อง
2. เลือกใช้วาล์วและอุปกรณ์การวัดเพื่อควบคุมวงจรนิวเมติกส์และไฮดรอลิกได้ถูกต้อง
3. ออกแบบแผนภาพวงจรนิวเมติกส์และไฮดรอลิกได้ถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขการทำงานของกรณีศึกษาที่มอบหมาย

 

Industrial Control

Prerequisite : ENG33 2205 Fundamental of Electrical Engineering Laboratory

Industrial factory control systems include pump systems, compressed air systems, operation principles of measuring devices, proximity switches, timing devices, counters, limit switches, etc. Additionally, there are control systems for pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. To explain the operating principles of valves and measuring devices in pneumatic and hydraulic systems accurately.
2. To select appropriate valves and measuring devices to control pneumatic and hydraulic circuits effectively.
3. To design circuit diagrams for pneumatic and hydraulic systems accurately based on the operational requirements of assigned case studies.
