Prerequisite:  ENG25 2020 Thermodynamics I

Modes of heat transfer, conduction; convection, radiation; heat exchanger; heat transfer enhancement, boiling and condensation; and applications of heat transfer in agricultural and food engineering.

2. Design heat transfer equipment.
3. Apply derived knowledge to solve problems in agricultural and food engineering.
