ปฏิบัติการประกอบด้วย การสำรวจด้านคลื่นไหวสะเทือนแบบหักเห การสำรวจด้านคลื่นไหวสะเทือนแบบสะท้อนกลับ การสำรวจด้านไฟฟ้า การสำรวจด้านค่าโน้มถ่วง การสำรวจด้านแม่เหล็ก การสำรวจทางธรณีฟิสิกส์ในงานสำรวจพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง

- สามารถวิเคราะห์แนวทางในการสำรวจธรณีฟิสิกส์ สำหรับปัญหาทางด้านวิศวกรรมธรณีได้เหมาะสมกับข้อจำกัดที่มี
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า เพื่อกำหนดบริเวณการสำรวจธรณีฟิสิกส์ที่เหมาะสม
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตรวจวัดในภาคสนาม เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลทางธรณีฟิสิกส์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- เขียนรายงานปฏิบัติการได้อย่างถูกต้องตามแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด
- ใช้ภาษาในการเขียนรายงานได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม และเป็นวิชาการ
Geophysics Laboratory
Prerequisite: ENG38 3026 Geophysics or study concurrently
Laboratory works which include the practices of seismic refraction surveying, seismic reflection survey, electrical survey, gravity survey, magnetic survey, geophysical exploration in construction site survey
Learning outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency in common practical skills in resource exploration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the geophysical techniques (seismic, gravity, magnetic and electrical).
- Gained practical experience and understanding of some geophysical survey techniques in the field and how observations can be interpreted.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of data quality collection, analysis, processes techniques.
- Be able to write a scientific report and critically evaluate evidence-based solutions.
