Prerequisite: ENG34 2101 General Geology

Definition of geohazard, classification of geohazard, the effect of natural disaster such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, flooding, landslide, snowslide, sink hole and other disasters; typhoon, drought, heatwave, smoke, snowstorm, sandstorm, forest fire, and coastal erosion. Prevention, mitigation, and apply technology to cope with geohazard.
