Fundamentals of Environmental Engineering Laboratory

Prerequisite:   None

Necessary fundamentals for environmental engineering students including the roles and the responsibilities of the environmental engineers, professional ethics, works for environmental engineering profession; basic calculations for environmental engineering study, unit conversion in environmental engineering works, reporting and presenting in environmental engineering, critical thinking; environmental engineering system, basic software for environmental engineering works, and basic environmental engineering mathematical models.

Learning outcomes

1. Students learn about environmental engineering career path
2. Students learn about useful hard skill and soft skills for environmental engineering study including critical thinking
3. Students learn about the objectives of the environmental engineering curriculum and steps of knowledge development in environmental engineering study.
4. Students learn about basic software and tools for studying and working in environmental engineering field.
