กระบวนการศึกษาและประเมินผลที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินโครงการหรือกิจการหรือการดำเนินการใดของรัฐหรือที่รัฐจะอนุญาตให้มีการดำเนินการที่อาจมีผลกระทบต่อทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพ อนามัย คุณภาพชีวิต หรือส่วนได้เสียอื่นใดของประชาชนหรือชุมชน ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม โดยผ่านกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน เพื่อกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันแก้ไขผลกระทบดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษา

1. สามารถประเมินผลกระทบและการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพของสภาพแวดล้อม
2. สามารถเข้าใจหลักการการประเมินคุณค่าต่อคุณภาพชีวิต การศึกษาถึงผลกระทบที่จะเกิดต่อมนุษย์ ชุมชน ระบบเศรษฐกิจ การประกอบอาชีพ วัฒนธรรมและประเพณี
3. ประเมินคุณค่าการใช้ประโยชน์ของมนุษย์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรทั้งทางกายภาพและชีวภาพ

The process of studying and evaluating the results that may arise from the implementation of a project or activity or take any action by the State or that the State may allow to take action that may affect natural resources. environmental quality, health, sanitation, quality of life or any other interests of people or communities both directly and indirectly through the process of public participation to determine measures to prevent and correct such impacts.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs):

1. Assess the effects and physical changes of the environment.
2. Understand the principles of valuing the quality of life a study of the impact that will occur on human beings, communities, economic systems, livelihoods culture and tradition.
3. Evaluate the value of human use to study the utilization of both physical and biological resources.
