Resource management planning (ERP) in an organization play a crucial role in the coordination of data and operations within the organization. These systems encompass the planning and management of organizational resources, their relationships, and linkages with finance and accounting. The application of planning and control theories in information systems for production is also explored, as well as the relationship between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and various functions within the supply chain and logistics. The topics studied include the evolution of systems and tools in supply chain and logistics management.
