เนื้อหาประกอบด้วย มาตรฐานการผลิตโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์การออกแบบ กระบวนการขึ้นรูปโดยวิธีนำเนื้อวัสดุออก เครื่องจักรซีเอ็นซี การกลึงการกัด เครื่องมือตัด รายวิชานี้ผู้เรียนจะได้ฝึกใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อควบคุมทางเดินของเครื่องมือตัดของเครื่องจักรซีเอ็นซี เช่น M-code G-code

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

1. สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่อง CNC ได้
2. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเชิงพาณิชน์ช่วยในการวิเคราะห์ ประเมินกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดที่จะเกิดขึ้นได้

Computer Aided Manufacturing

Prerequisite : none

This course is CAM laboratory, covering: CAD/CAM standard and data exchange, Material removal process, CNC machine, Turning, Milling, cutting tool and their technology; NC programming, using commercial CAM software for helping to generate NC code such as M-code, G-code to control CNC machine.

Learning Outcomes

1. Design and develop programs to control the CNC machines.
2. Apply commercial CAM software to assess machining to prevent incorrect toolpath motions.
3. Gather data from a proper source to fullfill assigned tasks.
