ปฏิบัติการทดลองเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือวัดและระบบการควบคุมเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการขึ้นรูปพอลิเมอร์ การวัดอุณหภูมิและความดัน การวัดด้วยเครื่องวัดชิ้นงานละเอียด พร็อกซิมิตี้เซนเซอร์ ระบบนิวเมติกส์ ระบบไฮดรอลิกส์ และ ระบบพีแอลซี

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

1. สามารถอธิบายหลักการทำงานเบื้องต้นของเครื่องมือวัด และระบบการควบคุมเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการขึ้นรูปพอลิเมอร์
2. สามารถเขียนรายงานการทดสอบอธิบายหลักการเหตุผลของแต่ละการทดลอง นำเสนอผลการลอง และสรุปผลการทดลอง

Control and Automation Systems Laboratory   

Co-requisite:  ENG28 3108 Control and Automation Systems                                 

Practice on measurement instruments and control systems related to polymer processing machine including temperature and pressure measurement, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), proximity sensor, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and program logic control (PLC) system.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Able to describe basic principles of measuring instruments and control systems.
2. Able to fully report their experiments in written form including basic concepts, results of the experiment, and conclusions.
