2. สามารถวางแผนโครงการก่อสร้างด้วยวิธีสายทางวิกฤต และวิธีเส้นดุลยภาพ
3. สามารถวางแผนจัดการทรัพยากรของโครงการก่อสร้างให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ
4. สามารถควบคุมโครงการก่อสร้างด้วยการติดตามความก้าวหน้าและเทคนิคตรวจวัดมูลค่าที่ได้

 

Construction Engineering and Management

Prerequisite : ENG30 3012 Concrete Technology and ENG82 3014 Theory of Structure

Project delivery systems, project organization, site layout, project planning, modern construction technology, construction equipment, critical path method (CPM), resource management, progress measurement, construction safety, quality systems.

Learning Outcomes

1. To understand the special characteristics of construction project work, project delivery systems, and project organization.
2. Be able to arrange construction project schedules using the common techniques i.e. Critical Path Method and Line of Balance.
3. Be able to plan project resources in order to achieve the optimum utilization.
4. Be able to monitor and control the project progress using the Earned Value Concept.
