Construction contracts and specifications, contract laws, legal systems, basic laws for construction engineers, engineering code of conduct, engineering act, engineering ethics and liabilities, occupational safety and health laws.

Learning outcomes

1. To understand types of construction contract, and how to make contract. And understand necessary laws concerned in construction works.
2. To understand safety concerns, ethics and project control in construction works.
