Computer Programming I

Prerequisite : none

Computer concepts and components; hardware and software interaction; Electronic Data Processing (EDP) concepts; program design and development methodology; programming with modern computer language; defining variables, expressions, control statements; programming practice.

Learning outcomes

1. Understand how the various computer components work, both hardware and software.
2. Process electronic data.
3. Understand how computer programming algorithms work.
4. Write programs to receive and process preliminary data.
