Defect causal analysis and defect problem solving in ceramic products; methodology to solve problems of ceramic manufacturing process; analysis case study in ceramic industry.

- Able to analyze the cause of defects in ceramic manufacturing process.
- Able to explain methodology to fix defects and solving problems in the ceramic manufacturing process
