ปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพื้นฐานในการขึ้นรูปในอุตสาหกรรมแบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ การหล่อแบบ การรีด การขึ้นรูปโดยอาศัยความเหนียว การอัดแห้ง การขึ้นรูปแผ่นบาง ปฏิบัติการวัดและควบคุมส่วนผสมในกระบวนการขึ้นรูปด้วยเครื่องมือวัดต่างๆ

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

1.  เรียนรู้และเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพื้นฐานในการขึ้นรูปเซรามิก
2.  เรียนรู้และเข้าใจหลักการของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานเซรามิกชนิดต่างๆ
3.  เรียนรู้และเข้าใจวิธีการใช้เครื่องมือวัดและวิเคราะห์สมบัติต่างๆ ได้

Ceramic Fabrication Laboratory

Prerequisite : ENG26 2006 Ceramic Fabrication Processes or study concurrently

Experiments relating to fundamental industrial forming processes such as slip casting, extrusion, plastic forming, dry pressing, tape casting. Measurements and control of batch in forming processes by various measuring equipment.

Learning outcomes

1. Learning and understanding of the ceramic forming processes.
2. Learning and understanding the principle of the equipment for Ceramic forming.
3. Learning and understanding the using of the devices for properties characterization and measurements.
