Biomaterials
Prerequisite : none
Basic knowledge of biomaterials and biomedical materials, classification and types of biomaterials for medical application, limitation and their appropriate properties, synthesize and fabrication of biopolymer, metal, bioceramic and composites, testing for reliability standard and international standard and regulation for medical materials and devices, the development and advanced technology for the future of biomaterials.

- Explain and classifiy biomaterials for biomedical device and application.
- Explain and select the biomaterials such as metal, polymer, ceramic and composites for medical application
- Define the limitation and the appropriate properties of biomaterials for medical application
- Explain testing method and analyst the result for reliability standard and international standard for medical device.
- Search and explain the idea of trend technology and development for biomaterials in the future.
