Symmetric encryption algorithm, firewall characteristics, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), wireless security, malware, virus, worm, ethical hacking, security for mobility protocols and blockchain security

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Students are able to describe symmetric encryption algorithm, firewall characteristics, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), wireless security, malware, virus, worm, security for mobility protocols and blockchain security. Students are able to classify the types of penetration and understand the concept of penetration testing process.
