รายวิชานี้มุ่งเน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวของกับกระบวนการผลิตดั้งเดิม เช่น การหล่อ การขึ้นรูปโลหะแผ่น การฉีดและการอัดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก การขึ้นรูปด้วยเครื่องจักร การเชื่อมและการต่อ และการปรับปรุงคุณสมบัติของวัสดุด้วยกรรมวิธีทางความร้อน

Basic Manufacturing Processes Laboratory
Prerequisite : none
This course focus on practice in conventional manufacturing process such as casting, sheet metal forming, plastic injection and extrusion, machining, welding and joining, and improving material properties by heat treatment.
Learning Outcomes
- Explain the manufactured part or job from the practice’s point of view.
- Demonstrate skill for preparing a manufactured part in basic manufacturing process operation.
- Communicate the results of experiments through written lab reports and oral presentation.
- Analyse engineering drawings.
- Propose manufacturing processes that meet the requirements presented in the drawings.
