การนําวิธีทางสถิติมาใช้กับข้อมูลทางธรณีกลศาสตร์ การวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย ฐานนิยมและมัธยฐาน เพื่อนําไปสู่แนวคิดพื้นฐานทางสถิติเกี่ยวกับความน่าจะเป็น การสุ่มตัวอย่างและการวางแผน การประมาณค่า การทดสอบสมมติฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน การถดถอยและสหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธรณีกลศาสตร์โดยใช้สถิติ

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

1. เข้าใจแนวคิดของตัวแปรทางสถิติ และความเชื่อมโยงกับตัวแปรทางธรณีกลศาสตร์
2. เข้าใจหลักการทางสถิติ ความน่าจะเป็น การกระจายของฟังก์ชั่นความน่าจะเป็น ตัวแปรสุ่ม การแจกแจงปกติ การแจกแจงค่าสุดขีด และการวิเคราะห์ความถี่
3. การประยุกต์ความรู้ทางสถิติเพื่อการทดสอบสมมติฐาน และความสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรทางธรณีกลศาสตร์

 

Geostatistics

Prerequisite : Consent of the School

Computation mean, mode, and median of given data, problems base on probability, sampling and experimental design, least- squares estimation, test of hypothesis, analysis of variance and covariance, linear regression and correlation and graphic display.

Learning Outcomes

1. Able to relate the concepts of statistic variables to geomechanical variables.
2. Able to links Students understand concept of statistics, probability and probability distribution, properties of random variables, normal distribution, extreme value distribution and frequency analysis.
3. Apply statistics concept for hypothesis test and correlation analysis.
