หลักการงานระบบอาคารและส่วนประกอบ การอ่านแบบ (สถาปัตย์ โครงสร้าง งานระบบอาคาร) ข้อกำหนด และ การเขียนแบบเพื่อก่อสร้างจริง ความสุขสบายเชิงความร้อนและการมองเห็น การติดตั้งระบบประปา สุขาภิบาลและป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ ระบบงานลิฟต์และบันไดเลื่อน ระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร ระบบเสียง ระบบโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด ระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ การต่อลงดินและระบบป้องกันฟ้าผ่า ความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้าง การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ระบบอาคารอัจฉริยะ ตลอดจนการฝึกปฏิบัติ และฝึกปฏิบัติภาคสนาม

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

  1. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักการระบบอาคาร ส่วนประกอบ และพหุวิทยาการของงานวิศวกรรม
  2. มีทักษะการอ่านแบบงานอาคาร (สถาปัตย์ โครงสร้าง) และงานระบบอาคาร (ระบบท่อในอาคาร ปรับอากาศ ลิฟต์ ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบเสียง ระบบสื่อสาร ในอาคาร) และเขียน
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมในลักษณะพหุวิทยาการของงานวิศวกรรม มีทัศนคติที่ต้องทำได้
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ กระบวน ขั้นตอน การก่อสร้าง การติดตั้งงานระบบอาคาร ผ่านการศึกษาดูงานภาคสนาม
  5. ฝึกปฏิบัติการถอดแบบ หาปริมาณงาน ประมาณราคา วางแผนการก่อสร้าง ติดตั้งงานระบบอาคาร

 

Construction Technique in Building Systems

Prerequisite : Consent of the School (or third year student)

Principle of building systems and components; Read drawings (Architecture, Structural, Building system), specification and writing shop drawing; Thermal and Visual comfort; Installation of sanitary plumbing and fire protection systems; Air condition and ventilation systems, Elevator and escalator work; Electrical and communication systems, Sound system, CCTV; Fire alarm system, Earthing and lightning protection system; Construction safety; Energy conservation; Intelligent building system, Including; Practice and Field work.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Understanding the principle of building systems, components and multidiscipline engineering.
  2. Ability to read construction drawing (architect, structure) and building system (plumbing, elevator and escalator work, electrical, sound and communication systems).
  3. Function in a multi-disciplinary, organized team with a can-do attitude.
  4. Understanding installation processes of the building system through field works.
  5. Practice on quantity estimation, cost estimation and construction management.
