Forming Processes

Prerequisite : ENG33 2202 Manufacturing Processes

Properties of materials in metal and plastic molding, forming metal sheets, forming metal blocks, studying the basic manufacturing processes of metal forming, including forging, rolling, drawing, extrusion, metal powder forming, polymers, ceramics, plastic injection molding. Investigate the factors and mechanical equipment related to metal forming and plastic injection molding.

2. Describe the metal forming processes: forging, rolling, drawing, and extrusion.
