หลักเบื้องต้นในการทำงานกับวัตถุอันตรายอย่างปลอดภัย สาเหตุและการป้องกันการเกิดไฟไหม้และระเบิด การประเมินความเสี่ยงโดยวิธีต่างๆ เช่น Checklist, HAZOP เป็นต้น การออกแบบกระบวนการและเครื่องมือโดยใช้วิธี Inherently safer design การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง หลักการการจัดการความเสี่ยงในกระบวนการ

ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังระดับรายวิชา

1. สามารถระบุอันตรายและประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยเทคนิคที่เหมาะสม อาทิ HAZOP
2. สามารถจัดทำกลยุทธ์การจัดการความเสี่ยง
3. ตระหนักรู้การทำงานโดยยึดหลักความปลอดภัย

Engineering Safety

Prerequisite : none

                   Basic principles in working with hazardous materials, accidental loss, causes and prevention of fires and explosions, inherent safer design, methods of risk assessment, for example, checklists, HAZOP, and principles of risk management.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

1. Be able to identify hazards and assess the risk with HAZOP
2. Be able to offer a risk management strategy
3. Have awareness of working with safety.
