                    เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนรายวิชานี้ นักศึกษาจะมีความสามารถด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไปนี้

1. สามารถอธิบายแสดงความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการคุณภาพเชิงรวม ระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ และต้นทุนคุณภาพ
2. สามารถจำแนกเทคนิคสำหรับการควบคุมกระบวนการ
3. สามารถอธิบายแนวคิดวิธีการของทากูชิและฟังก์ชันความสูญเสียคุณภาพได้

Quality Management 

Prerequisites: none

Quality management and quality assurance in industry; principles of quality cost; statistical process control (SPC); concept of Taguchi’s method and quality loss function.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Able to explain total quality management, quality management system, and quality cost.
2. Able to define process control techniques.
3. Able to explain concept of Taguchi’s method and quality loss function.
