History of city planning; urban sprawl; urban comprehensive planning; specific planning; planning and urban design standard; urban planning and transportation system relations; relationship between transport infrastructure and urban planning; problems of the city plan implementation; urban planning design and development; city planning law and regulations; case studies.

1. Understand the method to urban design and development, urban comprehensive planning, specific planning, relationship between transport infrastructure and urban planning, city planning law and regulations.
2. Further develop and apply knowledge of urban design and development.
