2. สามารถอธิบายหลักการทำงานสมรรถนะและประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าในสภาวะคงตัวและและเข้าใจหลักการป้องกันเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้า

Electrical  Machines

Prerequisite:    ENG29 2111 Electric Circuits and ENG29 2141 Electromagnetic Fields

Magnetic circuits; principles of electromechanical energy conversion; energy and co energy; single phase and three phase transformer; principles of rotating machines; DC – machines; AC machines construction; synchronous machines; single phase and three phase induction machines; protection of machines.

Learning outcomes

1. Know and understand fundamental of electrical machines.
2. Can determine performance and efficiency of electrical machines at steady state operation and can understand principle of electrical machine protection.
