การเจาะสำรวจดิน การหาความชื้นในดินและพิกัดอัตเตอเบิร์ก การทดสอบการซึมผ่านของน้ำในดิน การทดสอบการบดอัดของดิน การทดสอบแรงเฉือนในดินแบบโดยตรง สมบัติทางกายภาพวัสดุเกษตร ความชื้นวัสดุเกษตร การลดขนาดและการคัดแยก การผสม การสมดุลมวลและพลังงาน

ผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้

1. ใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบสมบัติด้านต่าง ๆ ของดินทางวิศวกรรมเกษตร
2. อธิบายความแตกต่างของสมบัติพื้นฐานต่าง ๆ ทางปฐพีกลศาสตร์
3. อธิบายสมบัติทางกายภาพของวัสดุเกษตรได้
4. ใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบหาสมบัติทางกายภาพวัสดุการเกษตร และเครื่องมือในการแปรรูปผลิตผลเกษตรได้
5. สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การเขียนรายงานรวมทั้งทำงานเป็นทีมได้

Agricultural Engineering Laboratory II

Prerequisite:  ENG21 3102 Agricultural Process Engineering and ENG21 3103 Soil and Water Engineering

Soil boring and survey; moisture content in soil mass and Atterberg’s limit; water permeability test; compaction test; direct shear test; physical properties; floating velocity; size reduction and separation; mixing, moisture content of agricultural materials.

Learning outcomes

1. Use instruments for measurement of soil properties with respect to agricultural engineering.
2. Describe differences in basic properties concerned with soil mechanics.
3. Explain the physical properties of agricultural materials.
4. Use the instrument for measure physical properties of agricultural materials and equipment for agricultural processing.
5. Search for informationม data analysis, report writing, including work as a team.
